Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

There are few banks within walking distance, 5 min away from the Hotel.

Can we store our luggage at the hotel?

We have luggage room available

Do the children sleep free?

There is no additional charge for children accommodation, when they are under the age of 18 years old and stay in the same room as their parent (s)

Does the hotel offer airport transportation?

The hotel offers an airport shuttle running on a fixed schedule. It is available upon prior request and availability. The price per way, per person is 7.20 EUR

How can I cancel my reservation?

For flexible bookings, a reservation can be cancelled online using your confirmation number or contacting the hotel directly at reservations@holidayinnsofi.bg or +359 2 80 70 724. Cancellations made after 16:00h on the day of arrival, or advance saver bookings can not be cancelled and will be fully charged.

Is the reception open 24h ?

Yes, our Reception desk works 24h

Is there a safety deposit box available in the hotel?

Yes, we have a safety deposit box in every room

Is there a difference in price for single and double occupancy?

Our system rates are the same for single and double occupancy room only basis.

What is the difference between standard and executive room?

The Executive room is larger and more luxurious. Its price includes executive benefits such as free round trip airport transfer upon prior request and availability, free welcome package (chocolates and mineral water) as well as complimentary internet access per stay.

Are children allowed in the gym?

No, children under 15 years are not permitted in Gym even with adult supervision.

Are the club membership cards personal or can be shared by two or three people?

The club membership cards are personal and can be used only by the owner of the membership.

Can children use the Pool Area of the Club without adult supervision?

No, they need to be supervised by adult until 14 years of age.

Do you accept Credit Card payments?

Yes, we accept most major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diner’s Club.

Do you offer swimming lessons for adult and children?

Yes, we offer single lessons and 12 lessons membership card

Do the sauna or steam room need booking in advance?

No, they are fully operating during ESPRIT Fitness & SPA working hours.

Is the sauna or steam room separate for females and males? Can they be used without clothes?

No, the sauna and the steam room are mixed (female-male). They can be used only with swimming suit or towel.

Is the use of swimming cap mandatory?

No, it is recommended to be used for long hair.

Is the water in the pool mineral?

No, it isn’t.

Is there free parking for visitors of the ESPRIT Fitness & SPA?

Yes, the parking is free for 3 hours period during your stay at the Club.

What is the water temperature of the Pool and Jacuzzi?

Pool – 28 C°; Jacuzzi – 36 C°

 

Restaurant

Are there vegetarian options in the menu?

Yes, our menus always contain a variety of vegetarian options.

Can you accommodate large parties?

The restaurant consist of main room with 92 seats, two private rooms with capacity of 40 and 20 and can accommodate private parties ranging from 10 to 200 people

Do you accept brunch reservations?

We accept brunch reservations for minimum of 10 people with at least 2 days prior notice.

Do you have a “kids eat free” policy?

All children under the age of 13 years are offered breakfast free of charge from the Holiday Inn standard menu. When dining with their parents they are also entitled to a lunch or dinner taken from a kids menu, when accompanied by at least one adult taking at least one main course from a full-priced menu in the restaurant.

Do you have food options for special diets or allergy free dishes?

We can provide you with full information on allergens within our menu dishes, and assist you with suitable selection.

Is a special menu available for children?

Yes, we have a kids menu

Are there free parking options?

We can provide more than a 100 free parking spaces for our restaurant guests, conference delegates or residents during their stay.

What are the hours for drinks, lunch and dinner?

Our Restaurant is opened for Breakfast from 6.30 AM (7.00 AM in weekends) till 10.00 AM (11.00 AM in weekends)
For Lunch and Dinner we are opened from 12.00 AM till 10.30PM.
Our Bar is opened from 8 AM till 0:00 AM

What food options does your restaurant provide?

Our main restaurant menu contains international dishes. We also provide daily menus. Currently we offer every Tuesday Bulgarian Dinner Buffet and every Wednesday Dinner Buffet.
