Authentic Balkan Cuisine with traditionally prepared dishes and specialties will be available at our extensive Buffet Counter, from which you will be able to enjoy our original culinary temptations like Kiopoolu (Aubergine Puree with Tomatoes and Garlic); Katak (Paste of Ewe’s Cheese, Yoghurt, Garlic and Walnuts); Bulgarian style sour marinated Vegetables; Beans cooked in a Clay Pot; Courgettes with Garlic and varieties of fragrant home- made Breads and salty Pancakes; freshly cooked Meats- tender Pork Knuckles; traditionally prepared Sausages; Stews in Clay Pot; tender Meats on Skewers; Pork Ribs; Pork Stews; Drob Sarma (Lamb Liver with Rice cooked in oven) and many unique Sweet Temptations – Buffalo Yoghurt with Honey and Walnut; Baklavas; Baked Pumpkin with Honey and home- made Tarts.
