In an effort to be ready to greet you in our renovated hotel, we ceased operations on 1 October 2022 while the estimated opening date for Crowne Plaza® Sofia is set for spring 2023.
The 5 star Holiday Inn® Sofia provides a variety of gourmet dining options – ranging from a seasonal A la Carte menu or quality bar meals, to a variety of delicious lunch and themed dinner buffets.

The Brasserie Restaurant & Terrace menu focuses on freshness, sourcing of quality ingredients and delicate combinations of flavors to create an exceptional offering. Alternatively you can try Chi Bar – the perfect venue for enjoying a quality bar meal, holding impromptu business meetings or just relaxing over an espresso or your favorite cocktail whilst listening to the hotel’s talented resident pianist, Razvigor Popov.
