The aromatic Steam Room and Finnish Sauna, heated to your choice of temperature, will melt all your stress and tightness. Relax and enjoy their miraculous calmness and cleansing power.

The Sauna helps to relax and relieve muscles,  especially arthritic pain and sports injuries. Supports the cardiovascular system, increases metabolism and stimulates blood circulation. And all these beneficial effects comes in combination with burning calories.

Steam bath cleanses the body of harmful substances by jet-heated steam under pressure, but it also has anti-inflammatory, hydrating and painkilling properties. The physical factors operating in it are hot air and high humidity.
